Corey’s Photo Corner: To The Ones Who Last

Corey Allen- Indy Photo Editor and Staff writer

As I grow older I begin to evaluate my surroundings more. My junior year of high school I had three close friends that I thought were going to be there for me for the rest of my life. I’m only four years removed from high school I’ve realized that I’m not relatively close with any of them anymore. It taught me a lot about myself and made me realize many things don’t last. The remaining friends that I have are loving, caring and have always been there for me. Now that I’m older I understand that any of the remaining friends that I have could decide to leave my life at any moment and I’ve come to the point where I’m okay with that. But to the remaining friends that I have I cherish you more than you can imagine and you mean the world to me. Cherish the friends you have that have stuck with you through the thick and thin.
